What We Do
A choice of service level to suit you
Tenant Find Service
Our aim is to find the right tenant quickly to maximise your return on investment with the minimum of hassle. We provide a free no obligation rental assessment and valuation service and advice on what you need to do to let your property. We offer landlords a professional and competitively priced service and are always on hand to help and advise you before, during or after a tenancy agreement. We can give landlords all the necessary advice they need on their legal & safety responsibilities and obligations and any new regulations that come into force that they should be aware of. Our aim is to offer you high levels of customer service.
For those landlords who prefer to be more hands on with their property rental, we provide a let only service, where we will find you a suitable tenant, but you handle the management of the property and are the tenants point of contact should a problem arise.
Fully Managed Service
Our fully managed service is just that, we will manage all aspects of your property rental from the beginning to the end of the tenancy and be the tenants main contact for any questions, issues or problems they may have, giving you hassle free property management.
